Base invaders

One of the best missions online payout 25k, but it wasnt the payout that made it good. It was that it was fun. I remember playing early on like first 2weeks online was out, think you needed level 45. Ive cant find it any were, did R* remove base invaders ?

When rooftop rumble vanished some people also reported base invaders had gone. Others have said so since. I still had it last time I checked....a couple of days ago. You may need to be given it by Ron again or invited by someone else, as was the case with RR. Not sure, as it never vanished for me.

Yea RR vanished for me but got it back via text not mins after i found out it had gone? but base invaders i have not seen since oct/nov who text it to you lester or ron?

Definitely Ron. When I was trying to get it he wouldn't give me jobs if I called him so I wound up just driving around waiting for him to offer it...that was this year some time, after I got my buzzard. So February. But yeah, definitely Ron as its his plane at sandy shores.

I prefer a fast car with bulletproof back end, You can get killed flying the buzzard into the hangar. With a fast car you just pull up next to Bob on the passenger side and get in.

Not everyone has it on their list if you read above. I don't have it on my list either so your secondary method does not work.

If a mission disappears from the host a job option you have to get a text from said contact complete the mission and then it will reappear under the host job section

With a fast car you just pull up next to Bob on the passenger side and get in.I usually land my buzzard just outside the hangar, I'll have cleared the enemies inside with rockets as I approach. I do sometimes take fire from the left of the hangar as I run in but its rarely fatal and often doesn't happen at all. Personally I find the rest of it much easier in the buzzard but then I'm not great at run n gun...or drive by. Edited April 6, 2014 by RowanSane

Land right next to the CargoBob, at most you take 3 bullets (assuming you landed closely enough) between exiting the Buzzard and entering the CargoBob. When I play with randoms I often steal the CargboBob while they are still shooting at people.

 

Car Method - never actually tried this. I guess it's possibly the quickest method too?

I don't even kill anyone on this mission "on purpose" and I can get there before any pilots could with my Entity; I just activate the objective by getting in and out of the plane than proceed to drive an octillion miles per hour, take the first bridge to the fort after the ammunation, hit the corkscrew jump to the right of the security booth, plant a sticky/ grenade on each plane "i prefer stickies"..detonate said explosives, enter the hangar.. and than park my vehicle of choice driver side to pilot side of the bulletproof CB - door to door, than I take off while being showered with gun fire and land it at the objective.

Its easily one of the fastest missions available imo
