There is an interior in the vault at those banks if you didn't know. you can check them out in story mode. maybe i should try accessing'em.

this bank is enterable in single player . as well people now spawn after recent patch

so it's heavily implied this bank will be used similar robberies as minimarkets , albeit security will protect the bank from robber and give 3 star upon robbery . the money seems bigger than minimarkets

6 years old news. I was playing GTA IV a few hours ago and i went to the Bank of Liberty in Chinatown and one building away was a Fleeca bank. (I know this is off topic btw)

I would hope so, getting $1200 from a bank robbery seems not worth it somehow.

Been there for ever. You can get into the one near Sadny Shores in single player.

Hopefully, they get opened when the Heist DLC comes out and they are treated the same as Liquor Stores, giving 5-15k for doing a quick heist. (4 stars automatically, must control hostages, only 30 seconds to clear the bank of what you can grab)something like that idk, but they need to be used or it's just a waste of interior space -.-

also during hostage , police will cease fire but still pointing their weapon and follow you . you can also either order them toss their gun at you or drop it
