Have you ever seen a car that your friend has or a car he wants to get rid of it but instead of getting rid of it you can put it up for auction or cars impounded.

 

So instead of replacing the car he can put it up for auction and people can come and bid on it with the possibly of getting more then he would by selling it to LSC.

 

I think this could possibly work for Pegasus vehicles too that you bought but don't want anymore such as the buses and ect, So you can put it up for auction and people can bid on it for a reduced price.
