Just out of curiosity, has anyone experiencing crashing tried installing Disc 2 onto a USB drive? When 1.11 came out my 360 was locking up all the time, usually around 3 times per night, roughly once per hour, give or take. About a week and a half ago I installed Disc 2 onto a 16GB flash drive so I don't have to put up with the annoying DVD drive spinning, and I haven't locked up once since. That included a 6 hour stint playing with my buddy on Tuesday this week. Don't know if its coincidence or if theres a correlation but I'm curious if anybody else has had the same experience or could test it out.

It won't they play on a dev console that has better stats then our 10 year out of date boxs. The game crashs do to hardware limited.

Yeah, I still get freezes (360). It seems completely random though. I could be playing for 6 hours and have no problem, or start up and have it lock up after 20 minutes.

Someone will have to reset the console and they'll continue from there, hardly a big deal

Coincidence I think.

I've had the whole game installed on HD since day one (I like preserving my discs) and I've had more hard freezes in the last two weeks than in the near sixth months before then. I'm getting an easy two or three an hour at times.

This 100% it's why they continued to blame our consoles after so many people reporting it.

Its no about the dev kit, its about:

1.- They game on consoles like anyone else.

2.- If your console is new GTA:O will still freeze.

Still i thought the dev kit was a software, not hardware, it would be great if you can enlighten me with a link :)
