Bloody Modders (hackers)

Just recently on a free aim lobby a modder named MEXICANOHAZE had invincibility, explosive rounds, spawn cars "with hydraulics", make anyone go on flames with these weird little balls he threw like grenades.
Now Ive herd of modders and ive seen a few invincible ones around a few times but this was a the worst case, there as 6 of us role playing and this f***er comes along... now has anyone herd of these other mods? like weird flame grenades and spawning vehicles? we reported him.

Yeah, although in this case i had no idea who the hell it was, full lobby, other than the few ragers that left a while in, but some guy was going around in a rapid fire tank that was invisible, and by invisible i mean noone knew who he was, no player blip, no name in the player list menu, no trace that he was there killing you, it just said "(playername) died". all you would hear is the sound of a tank engine, and then it would rain hell down on you. this was in free aim btw, seems like its a trend for hackers to target FA.

Apparently you can pay for a menu to do many of te things you said. The video I saw allowed teleportation directly to a another player. Changing a target cars colors an ton of other stuff.

 

Funmw2 had linked to it on another thread. The comments on the vid were the worst. People wanted to pay a lot for that.

People just seem to throw these words out there without really knowing what the meaning of each word is and a lot of the time they end up using the wrong word to describe somebody's action

i encountered a player earlier that could make themselves invisible. we had exchanged a few shots and then his blip disappeared. i assumed he had gone 'off radar', so kept my eyes open.

 

i heard, but didn't see, a car stop nearby and a door creak open, then i was shotgunned.

 

when i respawned and went back for my car, i couldn't get to it at first and bumped into an invisible barrier, which turned out to be an invisible car (i blew it up after i'd moved my own).

 

he reappeared again later, but killed me three times in invisible mode, before i gave up trying to locate him and moved on.

Modder: Modifies game code

Hacker: Basically the same, but access areas not available or restricted. In this case Rockstars Servers.

there are plenty of fun mods that don't ruin other peoples fun, it's just sad you got arsewipes that use other mods to ruin the fun. I be guessing you all will be seeing a lot of dif character models from now on in.

I agree, character models, or car modifications is fine with me, as long as its not interfering with someone else then fine.

I saw on Friday (PS3) that the title of Criminal Records was changed to "Criminal Doge" and the description was changed to "Twitter @IM_ECB2 "

Must admit this doesnt seem fun to me. I don't see the point in these changes in a MP enviroment. Great for SP but just not my cup of tea. Nice to watch tho. :-)

I honestly wouldn't mind if Rockstar shut down GTA Online for a while. Like, until the next couple of "update/DLCs" are ready. Give them time to sort all these "cheaters" out of the game and permaban them from all future Rockstar titles (online portion obv.)

i don't think this chrome modz guy releases them though, which is awesome. If you wanna hack the sh*t out of the game for yourself great, but selling it and sending it out to be used by everyone is beyond asshole. So props to this guy, especially on his april fools prank with it.

Why should we when we are entitled to play the game in peace? When we join a session we expect everyone to play fairly. It's so typical what you said. Only a modder or a hacker would say what you said.
