DrunkGamer
I don't find it to be useful and i think it's a downgrade from Max Payne's bullet time ability, the reason i don't find it to be useful is because you could just use auto aim or if your a really good shot free aim also the reloading while your in that mode is so freaking slow, when i first activiated it i thought it would be like max payne's ability and reloading would be super quick but sadly that's not what happened. so does anyone else feel this way? BlackNoise
So it's useless because you don't use it properly? If you're already good at aiming, then wouldn't it still make you better? And if you're using auto aim why would you be talking about aiming at all? And why would reloading matter? How long are you using his ability? But yeah, it's useless because I never play as Michael. Sorry i was just expecting it to be like Max Payne's bullet time, fast reloads long duration (i maxed it out but it still feels like it drains to fast) but yeah this was just a stupid topic to post especially if I'm getting judged for not using it properly sorry gta community also good joke. I find it useless since he slows down along with the rest of the world around him. Would be better if he didn't slow down, but he does. I will pwn you newbs
I never really use michaels ability and rarely use Trevor's either unless I'm messing around doing rampages or near death. Franklins is the most useful IMO FoxtrotCharlie, FreshPots, Bonnano and 2 others
I will pwn you newbs
Wow people can always find something to complain about if you cant figure out how to use his ability A.dont use it or B dont be such a dumb f*ck and learn. Voggs
Well, I do find it a bit useless, gunfires are also in slow-mo. I just use it to fill the Special Skill stat to max, I don't even need it in gunfights. Edited April 5, 2014 by Voggens FreshPots
im_stoned
I forget it even existed until that mission came along that forces you to use it. I kepted failing and I was so confused until I remember I had a S.A and used it and passed the mission first go. I never used the S.A again for the record. I don't hate it I just don't need it FoxtrotCharlie

Why are you so hostile dude? He wasn't even complaining... I think it's the term "useless". It's just an exaggeration which is unnecessary. I also wish it was more like Max Payne's bullet time, but it's still not useless. Slowing down time during a gun fight is never useless. I don't care how slow you're moving. The player's reaction time is still much faster.
Cutter De Blanc
No, it's not useless, unless being able to outdraw and head shot 10 to 12 armed gangbangers before they even know what's going on is useless. I will say it's the least versatile, being a completely offensive ability. It has no defensive merits, unlike Trevor and Franklin's. I was just expressing my opinion on it, don't be a dick please and also i know how to use it i just wish it would be more like max payne's ability so that i could use it more often but it isn't so that's why i don't like it and find it to be useless. Vanto
It's really helpful in gunfights when you're at low health or when in missions where one of the gold medals are headshots. But, you need to know how to use properly.
tch2296
I use free-aim, so it is definitely useful to me. Even if Michael moves more slowly, my brain still moves at normal speed, so I can make decisions abut where to aim, and aim for headshots more easily, and my accuracy rises to about 100%, from around 33% without the ability enabled. suicidehummer
Yeah, in MP3 I used it all the time because it was actually tough, whereas V is pretty easy and holds your hand most of the way.
peardude
It's really useful in shooting the pilot from a helicopter down, looking cool, and accuracy.
WildBrick142
I find it useful sometimes. For example during Friend Request, it makes the "Clear All Popups within 30 seconds" challenge a lot easier. I use auto-aim, but sometimes, enemies are so far that free-aiming is the only choice and that's where bullet time could help. It's also sometimes fun to imitate Max Payne's Bullet Time by activating the ability, jumping and ragdolling down on the ground. L0SS4NT0SK1LL3RV
Are you f*cking serious? You don't know how many headshots i did with his bullet time in the beginning when i had a bad shooting skill.
œaœa
Not at all. Respawn at the sandy shores hospital.. see a 4 wheeler go by, now it's on the other side of the road. I can't chase him, but I can slowdown time and kill him with a headshot Then I get the 4 wheeler

Blennerville
Really it is a redundant ability - its pointless when you also have trevor in the same area, as his ability is far better/useful in a gunfight. The only reason to use it is when you are indirectly forced to use it - when you are stuck with michael during a mission and it isnt possible to get out of the situation without it. IMO each character should have had ALL the abilities (i.e. no unique abilities). Each ability should have a stat - i.e. Franklin should have his slow mo driving ability at 90% (so it lasts 9 secs for example) while michael and trevor slow mo driving ability stat would just be at 20% for example (giving them only 2 seconds of slow mo driving). This way you could build the characters abilies and you wouldnt be forced to switch to Franklin for example if you wanted to do some slow mo driving. Sept17th2013
It's definitely the worst of the three. I wish all the special abilities became available for all characters once you reach 100% in that area (driving, shooting, and... resistance?)
Bi0ha2ard_q8
The abilities are gimmicks for noobs. Makes the game more accessible for series beginners and new gamers. L33t pwn u! jk jk
Sir Winthorpe Herrington
I never use his ability and usually forget it even exists. I find the slow aim cheat to be 100x better anyways so there is really no need for it. Have to say Franklin has the best ability but its not worth it to have to play as him.
