The Grotti Stinger is one of the few vehicles to appear in both the 2D Universe and the HD Universe. It can be bought for $1,000,000 in single player, and for $850,000 in multiplayer. The car can either come without a top, or with a soft top. It was the first car I bought in single player, and I just bought one for multiplayer a few days ago. I find myself taking this car out for free roam often, and I've never encountered another one online. Personally, I think it feels like driving the Voltic, but more driftier. It's not that good for races, but it can be quite a fun little car to drive in free roam.
