Cargobob master race.

The only thing I like more than flying a chopper is flying a chopper that can tow heavy sh*t.

 

I know I'm gonna take a bunch of heat for this but, if you've got a peg cargobob purchased, what are your favorite missions to use it with and how do you complete said mission with a game changing tool like the cargobob.

 

#1 fav CHOPPER TAIL - call for bob as soon as you get a buggy and stop for the bob on the way past sandy shores. Pick up a teammate in their buggy and drop them off in the drive way of the meth house. Pick up the SUV and deliver it to Trevor while your teammate defends the meth house. 2 birds with one stone.

 

#2 HIGH PRIORITY CASE - getting onto the roof is difficult. So take a couple npc cars with stickies attached an drop bombs on the rooftop until it's clear enough to land. Time consuming but hella hella fun. Returning to Lester with the case is a cake walk after.

 

Then there's CHEMICAL EXTRACTION, STICK UP THE STICK UP CREW, TEASER TRAILER (only for talented pilots tho), A BOAT IN THE BAY, DIAMONDS ARE FOR TREVOR.

 

So many missions are so much better or easy with a 'Bob. So what's your fav?

Chemical Extraction is BY FAR more amazing with a friendly Rhino and assisting Cargobob. Use the Rhino to defend against multitudes of enemies, and the Cargobob to carry the van away.

oh and dry docking, noting the other thread from today. Much easier with a Bob.

Most you have already mentioned, but Chem Ex, Wet Work, Meth'd Up, Grab Yo; Ballas, and Quarry Quarry are some of my favs to do with the 'bob.

 

It's also fun to use in Bust Out, but not exactly practical.

I love using it in Bust Out!

 

Pick up the Bus when it comes out of the tunnels and take it into the hills. Drop it on its side so it cant run away and Lesters cousin will jump right in the Bob. Have to set him down gently though!

The mission where you rescue the hooker is too easy.

 

Any heli will do really.

 

Just land on the roof directly above her.

She morphs through it straight up and gets in your chopper.

 

Fly her to the goal......

 

I like to use the bob for the morbidly obese hookers.

Yes but the mission doesn't recognize the cargobob that you ordered and the mission will only give you the second objective when you go to the cargobob inside the base.

 

What i like to do sometimes is i'll call for my cargobob and go pick up the container while my teammate go and get the cargobob from the base and by time they loose the cops i will have already dropped the package off

Bust out is a great one. That bus ain't going no where when it's 30 ft in the air.

 

Any mission that requires you to kill a driver without wrecking the vehicle it's great for.

Never really use it on mission, mostly use it to put people's impounded cars on top of roofs.

I find the Pegasus Cargobob most useful in 'American Exports' and 'Out of Harmony'.

Another thing i like to do is go to the impound lot and pick up the cars in there or pick up someone PV while they are in the store and put there car on top of the bank or something, I also like to drop car bombs from it i put two stickies on the car then i pick it up fly it to where some players are drop it and then deonate the stickies and kill em

You have to be an amazing cargobob pilot and get the tank in the first try and go off the radar because if he see you, your dead

I tried that on American Exports recently and when my team mates lost the cops I got the "FAILED" "the container was lost" message. Maybe R* put in a patch, there's been a lot of reports of failed missions when objectives are triggered out of order.

Prolly gonna see the bob added when heists come out. I mean you need it in 2 sp heists so why not. Also coveted don't have 2 kill anyone

By the time you've got to the airfield to pick up your cargobob, you could have already killed anyone you need to kill and be flying off with the container.
