What buildings would you like to see turned into purchaseable High-End

Now that Rockstar has announced that there will be additional high end housing options coming soon, I'm curious to see if you guys have any buildings in mind that maybe caught your eye and would like to see become purchaseable. For me personally, it would have to be these two low rise condos (either one would be fine):

 

 

 

Real close to the beach and helipad and it looks great from outside. Also the entrance into the garage is pretty cool IMO as well.

I guess I don't really want a new "High End" place. I want to live somewhere far away from the city and if it is glamorous, that's just cream.

A penthouse near the top of Maze Bank Tower. There are six faces at different heights that would work wonderfully for it, too... doubt it'll happen, though - I'd love one that looked out over the city with the beach and ocean in the distance.

Sure it'd be real nice to have, but Maze Bank is just an office tower not an apartment. However I'd love to live there too, it's got a real nice view of everything
