The High Life Update Release Date?

Is anyone else having problems connecting to the Social site and R* main support pages ?

And Rockstar will never have a sudden release. If there's any update on the website, it will be telling us that DLC comes next week, next 2 weeks, or simply the golden word:

Freezing issues have to be fixed before they release more content!

It freezes because the xbox hardware can't cope with a game. Nothing can be done until it is released for nxtgen.

 

I play on XBox and rarely ever freeze, about as often as i freeze playing other online games. I am to understand Rockstar have very bad servers, im not too sure how true that actually is but every game since GTA IV ive heard people complain about the sh*tty servers.

 

It can't be a server issue all the time. Most of the time it freezes on me the rest of my friends in the lobby don't freeze. If it were a server issue then everyone would freeze at the same time surely. I'm not a computer whiz but my friend is and he says it is the hardware.

Reason it's taking so long is Rockstar have decided to roll out the High Life update, with Heists, instead of releasing HL and then some time later, Heists.

 

 

I really hope that's not the case. Delay the useful thing (new apartments, additional garage) so that it can be put out at the same time as the thing that will be ridiculous because no one in GTAO can work together. If people can't work together for three f'in minutes to deliver documents to Madrazo in RR, the idea of people working together for something considerably more complex is absolutely laughable.

 

If they delayed high life because of heists, I'm going to be so pissed.

Us older gamers have less friends online and less opportunity to play with them, heists are for the high school and college dorm kids, good luck with that R*

Its the servers and the software programming and the freezing is something to do with the lag spikes not hardware.

 

R* aren't dumb and Sony and Microsoft aren't dumb either.

 

Why would the devs and the console manufacturers would release a game that doesn't optimized on the console hardwares.

 

Of course before this game is released and obviously they make update tests if optimize or not

 

Because if the console cant handle the console it would lag really bad. RAM will overload and force stop to XMB or Xbox Home just like any PC

 

The freezing is just someone's internet lag spikes. (example if someone in the lobby using a McDonalds WiFi) the lag produces null intervals. (example a person aren't supposed to spawn onto a wall or street light but there's a guy that lags real bad and due to his lag he would shutter all over the place and due to that he may spawn inside the wall or an object that makes the game programming go null because the programming itself has no data for objects to spawn into other certain objects

 

R* modified the rendering for faraway objects like the tank sniping phenomenon due to the faraway objects are now solid the problem is now more common

Yep. No friends here. At all. Why? Because my real life friends are from different kind of backgrounds and lifestyles
