Hey guys and gals!! How are you??

 

Well I was playing Crystal clearout 3 an notice that at one point my windows from my Sultan were down. Which to me looked pretty cool :) Then started to mess with the D-pad to see if there would be a way to have our windows automatically come just like you would have with a convertible car.

 

Now with the convertible car you would normally press Left on the D-pad for it to come down but with the windows I thought why not have Right on the D-pad control that option. All the Right does is turn on the lights an make them go to high beams..that's all lol I mean you would think it would be more..

 

Well just let me know what you think :)

If you select unarmed and press the shoot button while driving your window will come down by itself instead of being shot out like would happen if you select a gun. After it's down you can change to a gun and you will shoot out the open window instead of shooting the glass out.

If you start a mission then back out the windows will be down. I used to do it back when we could teleport and my Dubsta would always have the windows down.

But yeah, I'd like this idea. Now my side windows will remain intact while I get shot from inside my car. Super.

If there are bulletproof glass then i might agree,if not no.Why would you want to roll down your window when you actually shoot out every window in the car when firing.

Isn't left on the D-pad for changing the radio and selecting your weapon? And right on the D-pad changes the headlights and you hold it down to lower the roof?

 

Edit: Forget the radio part. That's up down if I remember correctly.

I always roll down my window by giving the bird.

 

Mainly because i hate smashed windows on my ride.

Just switch you unarmed in the car and use the middle finger and aim it out the window who's window you want down, but not broken, and the window will forever remain downed until you change sessions.

You press RIGHT on the D-Pad to raise/lower the convertible's roof.


I vote for Test Drive Unlimited 2's neat lil system, where hitting one button (Right, I believe) on the D-Pad opens up a menu for up, down, left and right. Roof, windows, left blinker, right blinker. I'd love to have that. Basically for the roof, you tap Right - Up, for windows, Right - Down, and then Right - Left or Right - Right for blinkers.

Anyway, it'd be cool to be able to roll down the window with one button but since there's already a way to do it it doesn't really need to be changed.
