Viper_nl
Hello guys! I'm working on a new mod and it's my first one. I wanted to convert models from GTA IV and import it in GTA SA. When I convert a model and convert the textures successfully and import it in the game I found that the model doesn't load the textures (the model is white). I tried the following to convert a model: 1. Importing the model (.wdr) in Zmodeler and export it as (.dff) and import it in the game. 2. Importing the model in 3DS MAX 2013 by using GIMS IV (.odr) and exporting it by Kam's max script. Firstly when I was trying to export the model from Kam's max it gave me the message that starts with: (unknown property "diffuse"). I tried to export the model to (.3ds) and then export it to (.dff) but the problem is still existing. Finally I tried to assign material to selection after importing the model from GIMS IV but after exporting nothing changed! Please help Edited April 3, 2014 by Viper_nl

Also before converting the model (.wdr) it appeared in 3ds max with the textures.

Make sure you rename the textures which you added/replaced in TXD is exactly with texture's name you're using in 3ds max and in same format (png/bmp) When you did it, the model should show up in game with textures....
