I've been looking into the High-Life new apartments and i'm thinking this could be one of them.

 

This building is listed as a safehouse on the blueprint and not dynasty 8. Yes the safe houses you see on the blueprint are Apartments and Garage locations for online.

 

if you go to that garage. you'll see there's a buzzer on the wall outside of it. so i'm well sure this is one of them.

A house however.. if multiple people own it well yeah you know what i mean.

But It's the same apartment. I own Weazel plaza apt. 101, so does a lot of other people. Also what about the 10 car garage at Weazel plaza. There is only one garage, but multiple people use it.

I don't think they will either but hey, they might at some point. I like the idea of going into somebody's apartment and it being totally unique, even if they just have a sofa and tv and nothing else

It is doable. At least in games like Test Drive Unlimited (1 and 2) you can buy properties like GTA and multiple people can own it at the same time. like it is now with many people owning the exact same place.
