Need help unlocking Martin

Could someone please invite me to a Martin mission Xbox so I can unlock the calling him option it would be much appriciated.

I'm pretty sure you have to reach a specific rank before he will contact you.

Yeah, it's a rank thing. Once you are the proper rank, you need to play missions to get them on your list, but they wont stay there until you achieve rank "X".

he should contact you after reaching level 18. Do the 1st mission he gives you & he'll be added to your phone

You need to Rank up.

 

Get with some friends and do a lot of racing, knock out a bunch of Armored Truck Robberies...anything that can get you RP. Being that low on the rank scale...shouldn't take long at all. There are a couple races I have that give like 3000RP per race with at least two people in it...in my sig.
