Exclusive Female Fedoras ?

I was checking out Outfits section and under Business, I found a set called "The Liberty" which basically makes my female character wear a Fedoras. So far I know, females don't have Fedoras in Hats section. The closest to Fedoras would be Straw Hat.

I tried opening Inventory and I found the this hat is not registered as a separate Hat.
