it seems everybody thinks we're going to get heists, new properties, capture creator, etc, all in one update. It is not the case, capture creator is coming tuesday for 1.12, and then throughout the rest of spring we will get the other stuff.

He may be captain obvious, but even Captain Obvious can't prevent all the threads we will get on patch day asking how to start a heist, or how to buy a second property, or why the new vehicles aren't on the legendary motorport website. Perhaps the most extreme form of foolishness is in underestimating how foolish other people can be.
