This is the cool thing about cars like the Penumbra with skirts. With a carbon hood and carbon roof,you can get three different colors on the chassis. And two different colors on the rear wing/spoiler.

 

They need paint/livery options like those on the Spring Update.

Any two color (primary + secondary) car with option for carbon parts. There are quite a few of those. Penumbra, as you mentioned, as well as Futo, Sultan, Elegy, Jester, and more..
