Xbox Live Free Gold

So my bud's giving me his GTA 5 for the xbox, and I never touch my xbox so I just thought it'd be good to get back to it and stick with one account this time.

 

I've made 2 accounts with Free Gold trial. I've tried to make one a few minutes ago and it was asking for payment options (Credit and Paypal). I remember when I made my two old ones that it gave me an option for no payment option. I didn't see that, is there a way to get that option?/Not have to put a payment option in?

 

I have a paypal account but it's untouched, I've used it as a payment option but it said it had a problem verifying and it wanted me to review all my entered info to see if it was correct.

This doesent really have anything to do with gta so mods are probably gonna delete it go on Xbox.com
