rooftop rumble and coveted are the quickest and pay 18k-ish after finishing it once

why isn't los santos connection ever on the jobs list? i've done it several times but it's never on the list

Crystal clear out 3 gives 12000

Fun fact. If you do a mission on regular the first time you'll get full pay. If you do again on hard you'll get full pay again, plus the bump in pay for the hard setting. I think it also happens if you do one in AA and then do it again in Free Aim. Either that or it glitched out for me. I just know I earn full $ for RR at least 3 times.
