I have heard of it buggy out and unlocking without a job becoming verified for other people like the world record tattoo.

Yeah there's some sort of glitch that unlocks it accidentally. I wish I knew what it was because it's unlocked for one of my characters but not the other.

Unlikely, since I got my shirt in December, and people on this forum who have already had jobs verified and featured on Newswire never mentioned the t-shirt unlocking months beforehand. Good luck, though.
