Can't change clothes (6 Car/Apartment)

It doesn't give me an option to change when I go to the closet. That's the place I am supposed to be walking to, right? The wardrobe next to the bed? It doesn't give me the option.

perhaps , if u go to clothing store and press change option then get back to apartement u will able to do so

Just visit the shops and change there.

Exit apartment to garage, then re-enter residence. That seems to do the trick for me when that glitch occurs

the glitch only occur if u encounter a glitch which makes ur char floating in air while changing clothes > re enter the online would cause temporary disable wardrobe option ( happens to any apartement )
