Bike confusion

So are the Bati 801 and 801rr same performance wise. I want to know which to get. Also I already have an akuma but just want to expand my bike collection

The 801RR you're forced to pick from liveries, but the 801 you're able to pick primary and secondary colors. Both have same upgrades. Try em out if you don't know which to keep

Maybe not in GTA. You never know, the Thrust might have the top speed of the Bati mixed with the acceleration of the Akuma.

No you are correct. At least in GTA. I won't buy it because it will be based on a Honda and I don't like Hondas, but that is just my bias. I honestly wish superbikes had it's own class and they added a bunch of them. One could dream right?

Depends whether you want primary/secondary paint job that you can change, or are happy with the RR liveries available (and that can't be changed once you've bought the bike).

I.e., do you want something that looks like a track racing vehicle, or a civilian vehicle?

I thought it was only Lambo and Ducatti. After reading this I went to http://gta.wikia.com/Pegassi and it says it is only 2 also. I am not trying to correct you, I am curious what the 3rd is. The WIKI and some other game related sites are sometimes slightly or completely wrong.

 

Also, there are cars in GTA 5 that are listed under different names that what they would be ingame. IE. Ubermauch(BMW) Sentinel. It use to be a BMW, now it is a rear wheel drive, two door, Impreza. The BIG PINK STD(STI on Subaru) is a huge give away. If you look at the Zion though, it has a BMW rear, but uses an Impreza frontend. Point being, they don't always stick to their own game plan it seems, so I completely understand your confusion.

The 3rd is meant to be Pagani (the rear of the Infernus)and the name, Pegassi, is derived from Pagani

Correct. Completely spaced it. I'll be 100% honest. I am much more into the cars than the ingame names and such given to them. Sometimes I make my own up. Like the Saabugatti or the Lamborgani

To be honest I don't mind the Honda cars. Reliable, good gas mileage, etc. Performance...I'll stick with Italian or German(horrible to work on and expensive though). Hondas and Acuras are not race cars. Back on topic, I am always Bias though when it comes to motorcycles. Especially Dirtbikes and Crotchrockets. I know they are ok, but I have bad experiences with them and their cheapness. IE. Throttle sticking on a CR 250 and going through a wire fence. Give me a KTM....or a Yamaha.

Could be though. I say this because the Batti is basically a 800cc. The top dog superbikes are usually 1k or more. Generally 1100 if I recall correctly. If this is the case....they better release some other ones real soon....

 

Also, On that wiki I was reading after out discussion says the new Zentorno is a "Hypercar". If that is true..we will have a new top dog in the superclass. More than what I am expecting at least. Perhaps making up for the Vacca and Infernus. All speculation at this point though?

RR is very slightly quicker. Almost negligible and stats won't really show it, but it's true.
