Richards Majestic confirmed new property

After some investigating I've discovered that Richards Majestic will be a new apartment building in the next DLC pack, I would post pics but it won't let me use pictures from my e-mails for obvious reasons, so check your e-mail and look at the 4th thumbnail, sorry if any of you thought this was obvious but I wanted to find it in game and confirm it myself

 

(There is also a helipad and parachute on top so possibly another route out of the apartment)

Hmm, maybe I've rushed it a bit too much, either they'll be putting more apartments in Richards Majestic or they will be using the building next to it, but it doesn't look very 'high end'

 

If any of you recieve e-mails from Rockstar check and look at the images, it shows the interior of a new apartment and a picture of Richards Majestic and the building next to it also

If there's a new apartment in Eclipse Towers then it may well be.

Those pics are probably just an alternative interior option for the existing property. The email is a standard r* propaganda spam. U had the option to recieve when signing up to social club

Sorry to inform you but the building you're probably talking of is Weazel Plaza-another high-end apartment building.

 

Still,it could be the building in front of the studios but I don't think so,there isn't any garage for it

@GenericTwet I made sure I had the right angle (The two roads at the bottom, the pillared building etc.) It's definitely one of the two

There is far more evidence suggesting that "new high-end apartment options" means new customization options for existing high-end apartments (such as these customizable television sets). I still have my fingers crossed for new units in new buildings.

Here's hoping they'll add new buildings in, who would want 2 apartments in the same building! haha

But no worries, if it's the case I'll be buying the 10 car garage at the airport and swapping eclipse towers for a higher end apartment

Hmmm, I will be happy when I hear of other garages in the northern part of the map, not just extra views (apartments) in the same building. Hopefully near Fort Zancudo, Blain County. Just San Andreas entirely.

Yeah I recieved them in an e-mail, Rockstar Propaganda, basically a newsletter I guess but only when there's DLC/updates it seems

Well, I guess i'ts fair to say that this, with the inclusion of what Gforce posted in the other thread and Rockstar's statement about "high-end apartment options", proves apartment customization is to come in the next patch. Personally, I would love something The Sims or Playstation Home like, the ability to change wallpaper and buy/place and move around furniture would make your home feel much more personal.
