Heists Idea should be...trust me

Yeah another one of these posts. Sorry, and to anyone that had these ideas on here before.

I am hoping for:

1. Must have 100JP (or whatever) to join.

2. Go to printer > prints out the heist (easiest to hardest heist depending on how much JP you have.)

3. Choose the heist > access to lobby.

4. Players vote for the approach - Plan A or B (like voting for next match screen)

5. 4-6 Players lobby > choose your role your best at > driver, hacker etc. (Maybe the players personal stats in the criteria gives them rights to classes)

6. Everyone Buys their ammo > Ready Up

7. Everyone votes for heist outfit/clothing > Ready Up

8. Choose the vehicle (from players own collection) > Ready Up

Part 1

9. Mission Starts

10. Work together to Hijack any vehicles needed etc.

11. Secure the vehicles. Park them in the correct places

Part 2

*Time Limit*

12. Everyone gets into their required position (could be different areas of the map)

13. The player in the most difficult position gets higher cut - but higher chance of dying.

14. Mission should involve > hacking, aiming over hostages (making sure they don't lower their hands to reach for alarm button), tieing up hostages, holding off waves, random problem events i.e. (hostage pulls alarm/hacking code changed/machine breakdown) = harder enemy waves & Reduced Time.

15. Activating bombs, stuff, gadgets, taking pics using your phone.

15-2. Carefully Drilling/Cutting using R analog stick (Like Michaels underwater mission with FIB)

16. Shooting cctv / watching cctv (like the one in your home) for any dangerous activity.

16-2. Kidnapping, smuggling someone.

17. Picking up rucksacks of money

Part 3

*No Time Limit*

18. A Getaway Plan - Get to getaway point (This must be ready and prepared by getaway role player with help from other players since Part 1.)

19. Hold off another wave at getaway point then split up and lose the cops on your own.

*Time Limit*

20. Meet up again when clear to meet up point. If late by the time limit of about 5-6 mins (get killed by cops) = you have betrayed your team & lose your cut.

Or intentionally took the money and run? You can hold onto it but cant bank it because of suspicions - $9000 Bounty will auto be placed and you risk dropping that money until bounty is over.

21. Mission Clear.

IF SCENARIOS:

1. A Player leaves before part 1 (i.e. getaway driver), or just after part 1 = Players can decide to take on that extra role.

The player with the highest level and stats for the role wins that role, and takes that share in the cut.

2. A hacker uses god mode, stands around holding up the progress of the heist = Players can kick hacker and take on his role (see above)

3. Players back out and leave with under 4 players starting mission, mission is cancelled - not enough players. Back to heist Lobby.

----------

Also thought about If it had a cruise heists it would be a mini-game of all players MSG style stealth sneaking around the cruise. If caught you will have to fight extremely difficult waves and may lose whatever you came for.

If its anything less then this i will be disappointed. Guess I should be prepared.

I assume most people are on the net. But I think my idea is a good one so i might as well send it over to rockstar. who knows. Minus there might be a few loop holes in the IF SCENARIOS

I was always wondering how they would make you start a heist because if you just chose heist from the mission menu that would be to easy so I really like the 100 Jp idea man great job I think they are going to use that it seems like the perfect way

Crews should have a major role in heists.

Only the crew leader can choose the approach and the his members classes.

I'll raise some scepticism. The JP system should be similar to rp in that you keep jp after every session. As an extension different heists should be available with different amounts of jp (hardest needing 100,000 jp). heists should award jp as well.

Yeah the JP should be kept like RP. The way i thought it would be /should be is to be used like money. Like i said in step 2. So you take the JP to the printer and pay for the heist details. And yes easy heists = 70JP, medium heists = 100JP etc. Maybe not as much as 100,000JP though.

Maybe. But what about when playing with random people?

I was thinking more in line of 'Form' With experience of successful heists you are more employable and reliable when running and setting up heists on harder targets as your jp simply accumulates (a shadow of the current rp reward system). The 100000 was aspirational as I was thinking every successful heist awarded 50% the jp required to join the heist. With enough jp you could hit the likes of G6 (money)/ Zancudo (unique hardware for the black market) or a unique multi heist against some of Devon Westons properties (will need at least 8 players for astronomical pay-off). In any case either idea would be interesting. I have a suspicion that the Mentality meter will be linked with heist (how far would you go with a bunch of Trevor's?).

Out of curiosity what targets would you think will initially be put up for heists (bar the casino and bank)

Keeping Jp is stupid then it ruins it cause people would just have buckets of Jp and grind heists then they'd nerf them I think it should be just like OP said

Ah I see. But what about equal dispensing of JP if say 6 people played. Then two dropped out, or died. Would it be fair to dispense them JP points when the mission was over?

Im confused with this casino thing. Its there, the audios were leaked but as far as i heard from the audios it had nothing to do with heists. Its just sitting there with a coming soon sign which leaves me wondering.

The bank by vinewood theater is definitely the first novice round.

The casino was part of early speculation for heisting (I know I'm assuming) when heists and casinos were mentioned, but you're right there was no direct or even suggestive evidence one would be directly linked. It wouldn't be a long stretch though and many on this forum have made a connection. Ultimately it remains to be seen if it will be involved. As for JP it would be courteous to give some jp to everyone, but in fairness if you quit then no jp gained. In my suggestion they would forfeit any additional jp and bodies will be given a nominal amount (mayby 10% of the prerequisite jp each) If you apply your idea, the quiters would loose 100% of the prerequisite jp as opposed to 50% of the jp). If you are killed then the same as before with only a nominal amount back (just no money). For those who succeed then 50% each for the 6 (if each one needs 100 jp then all 6 will get 50jp back (total = 600 jp (100 each) * 50% = 300 total (50 each) If all this makes sense). In short the same way the money and rp is served in the missions.

R* seem to think differently gpcguy1. if you read their plans again they have stated the concept of "random mercenaries". This is a vague statement as to who the mercenaries are. They could be other players or ncps like the set up in SP. In any case I would be shocked if R* were so blind as to omit random's as random's make up about 2/3 of the entire gaming community online. to omit so many in an arbitrary manner would be fatal to the life of the game and R*'s reputation (another argument for another time). What ever happens though it will still be interesting to see what R* come up with in the coming weeks.
