Which Fully Customized SUV's can you use in Off-Road Races?

As the title states.

 

So far I've heard that you can only use some SUV's in Off-Road races and then I heard that if you fully customize an SUV you can use it, but if you fully customize a different SUV you can't use it in races. It's all so confusing.

 

Anyway. Which fully customized SUV's can you use in Off-Road races?
