A breakdown of the Spring updates!

I know there's a bunch of topics about this already, but I'll simplify it.

 

- Capture Creator.

- New apartment options. [it's unknown at the moment if this means new apartments or new features].

- New weapon 'Bullpup Rifle'.

- New clothing.

- New vehicle 'Dinka Thrust'.

- New vehicle 'Pegassi Zentorno'.

- New vehicle 'Dewbauchee Massacro'.

- Multi-property ownership. [You will now be able to own up to 2 properties].

- Mental State statistic. [shows how violent other players are].

- New jobs.

- Heists.

- In-air motorcycle physics being restored to default.

- Non-contact option in racing. [This will disable collisions with other players].

- The ability to call Lester and disable police interference temporarily.

- Bonus RP for liking/disliking jobs.

- Higher payouts for parachuting, racing, deathmatches and LTS that has 4 or less players.

- RP resets. [People that exploited their RP are going to be reset].

- People who modded their cars in the 1.10 patch will now be able to sell the vehicle for more than 10k.

Are those people going to be reset to level 1 or just reset to what they were before they started cheating?

There is no specifics about that yet, but I can safely say that those accused of cheating will not be reset to rank 1. That's a little too much.
