Forums were down a lot yesterday with 502/521 errors, so i haven't sent you a message about it yet, sorry. Now that you're here, i guess i don't need to PM you. Feel free to re-post the question in the GTA O section, but try to be precise about it, what LCS crew are you referring to. From what i recall, the question wasn't so clear. They'll usually have a social club, but it's not meant as a discussion forum about social club crews. Why on earth did you decide to call them crews when R* had already used that name for something similar but different? Why not just call them gangs? The section used to be called 'Gang Chat' but it now includes crews as well as the older gangs so it was renamed. 99.9% of members are able to understand this.. If you read the threads in the section you will see the sort of topics that belong there. From looking at your topic, you just asked a random question about them, so that's best fitted to a topic like GTA Online Quick Questions, although it might be that no one but Rockstar can answer such a question. As for our Crews section, it's for any type of crew, gang or group that base themselves here and call GTAForums their home. So yes by all means you can create your own LCS crew in there, but you'd have to set up the topic properly and recruit members from around the forums; just look at any of the active topics in there for an example. If you just wanted to recruit people to LCS to play GTA Online with, then you'd post it in Recruitment instead, or if you want to find other players who are also in LCS to play a quick game you can post an advert in Find Lobbies. It is forum policy that if the author of the thread requests it, then the whole thread is binned. If there is some particular important detail that you wish to be recovered, that post could be split from the binned topic into a new topic.
