Friendly Fire ON or OFF in Free Roam?

And no, I don't like this idea for several reasons. The biggest one of all is why should we let those rampant assholes be the ones who mold the game for everyone?
making things like these are only going to encourage them more and make them believe they were "right" all along. We shouldn't have to have so many barriers between player interaction.

People themselves need to stop acting like douches....which with time I'm sure will improve.

Sorry, by 'friendly fire' I mean ALL other players in the lobby, not just your friends.

 

But I don't mean completely passive, you should still be able to kill them by running them over etc.

Passive mode needs to improved so any player damage caused to/from a passive player is negated or they have passive lobbies which will do much the same thing (I would prefer the former).

 

If they did this I would be happy. I can roam in peace from the would be Rambo's of the world, ride my BMX and still kill NPCs while being passive. I might even meet new people and we can do things beyond shooting each other.

 

EDIT: I haven't voted as the vote description and the OP initial statement seem to contradict each other...or needs to be phrased better at least.
