Not only this. I've stolen at least five Sabre Turbos and fully upgraded three of them. Saved them in different garage slots each time. NEVER stay put. Once they're destroyed, they never appear on the Mors list. Ever.

 

EDIT: Just realized there's a separate board for Online. Sorry.
