Vice City without a doubt, as whole game is just one giant easter egg to Miami Vice and Scarface.

I must say, few game experiences compare to when I got drunk as Luis, passed out, and woke up by the literal "heart" of the city... A big, chained, pulsing human heart was the last thing I expected to find in Liberty City.

Though, I must say Mrs. Cranley in GTA V was equally horrific, just a shame I didn't feel the full impact of finding it myself as I had the heart.

Yeah man I agree a 100% and also there was alot of obscure ones like finding an actual easter egg HAHA.
