Error with the bank?

When I logged in I got this little message saying "there was an error with the maze bank..".

The message popped up like a sms and it had the Maze bank Logo instead of a persons pic.

I got 65.000GTA$ from Rockstar. Transaction log says "from Rockstar".

 

Could it be because of a ticket I opened a month ago? Could it be they gave me my money back? The ticket is still not answered

Had a simailar dealing after my Entity dissapeared for no reason. R* compensated me after a support ticket.

The one time accommodation was 1mil GTA$. I think with all my upgrades I may have been close to even. It was better than nothing though.

Hogsausage, Mar 14 03:30 PM:
This may have been a glitch in the cloud as my Entity was there, then
destroyed. It acted as if I had no insurance on it and I could not make a
claim through Mors Mutual. I always exit the online portion of the game
correctly. I've been playing online since day one. I ended up purchasing
my lost weapons, but do not have enough to buy my car back. From your
response am I to understand I'm just SOL?

It was a motorcycle I was missing after it got destroyed. I have no pics

 

Yes, I got the same thing except it was $30K a month or so ago. Slot 1 Insurance glitch got me...now I only use it for cars I don't care about or plan on selling (ballers, felons, currently a lifeguard blazer that I didnt know I couldn't mod)

I wonder how many other people have opened fake tickets in hopes of R* giving them free money.

 

R* owe a lot of people ALOT of $GTA but they'll never pay

 

There were some people that never got the $500,000 R* promised everybody and i was one of the people affected by the cloud server and i never got the $500,000

You gotta stay on them. I got "escalated" to tier two support which apparently means "Ignored completely support". Eventually after emailing them 4 times over the course of a month, and then posting on their support forum that they are terrible, they threw me a $30K bone. It wasn't nearly what I spent on my bike, but I was fighting an uphill battle just to get someone on the other end.

LOL, it really was because of the bike. I took a look into my support account again and they answered me:
