Content creater/House builder

Was thinking it would be an awesome addition to have a content creater type house building add on.

 

You could choose location (like laying checkpoints in a race you need suitable surface for the size of house), This would solve peoples problems of 10 (or 20) car garage all being in the city.

We could choose the skins for the house inside and out. Costing differently depending on everything you purchase, Like 5-10 mill for a mansion on the beach or other nice locations.

 

Maybe allowed to own 2 or 3 propertys instead of 20 car garage, then we could have 2 or 3 10 car garages. It could work like our custom races as in they only appear in the lobby you join.

 

Whats your opinions? it would save rockstar trying to please everyone if they decide to make more of their own propertys in a DLC.

Me personally it's Nice Idea but others on here would say go play the sims if you want that.

It is a great idea. The only problem is that if another player has their customized house/property in the same exact location as you do. I can see a lot of the prime locations online with 16 people fighting for the same spot. But in invite only this would be very nice indeed.

But be honest, who does actually use their Appartement? Except for parties and calling strippers. Gta is not made for such things, otherwise it wouldn't be gta.

But noooooooooo, they just carry over all the little items from Single Player that you don't give a damn about.

You don't strike me as the type to have ever actually put much time into The Sims, Carimbo.

Idea: Good

Chances of Happening: Never

 

Thing is you would have to buy a land first and build a house over it. But say there are 5 people and they all have purchased that land and built that house over that same land. Now imagine all 5 of them together in a server. As they all reach their home what happens then? It would get fked up really and the game would crash. So maybe the exterior would be the same but the interior could be different. Great idea though OP!
