Crazyeighties
Okay I thought of this today after helping a stranded motorist. In this topic I would like to see people post something good you did for someone. Today a guy flagged me down in traffic his car had died so I helped him get his car running ... He tried to give me some cash he said it was for the "Inconvenience" once he offered to pay me f I told him that it was no problem and I was not going to take his money and said to pay it forward by doing something good for someone in need. So let's hear the positive things you have done for someone today! Edited April 1, 2014 by Crazyeighties DEALUX

THE GHETTO JEZUS
^ She wants the D my friend Idk but I give money to homeless people lots of times. Like I remember this one time this guy was eating garbage and I was like I can't watch this anymore. So I gave him $10 to go and get something better than that trash. Another thing would be standing up for a friend of mine that couldn't defend him self. Idk I like helping people and probably the reason why im broke af now but idc I know that money will come back to me eventually. DEALUX
Last time I did something to help someone was when a group of gypsies asked me to write an address on something they wanted to mail. One of the postal workers was pretty much being a racist jerk to them and I wasn't in much of a hurry so I helped them. Another thing that also happened while visiting a nearby city was when a random person on the train asked me if I could lend my phone for a phone call. She seemed like a nice person, possibly a bit poor, and I accepted but the person she was calling didn't answer hers\his phone. I used to lend my phone to people on the street from my city that I knew to some degree, but that was the first time I ever gave it to a stranger. AlienTwo
I was asked once if the remake "The Day the Earth Stood Still" was worth watching. RoadRunner71
Today I saved the world from the russians. I didn't do it for the fame or glory, I did it for the democracy and freedom. Tomorrow I will save it from the Nazi Zombies. Just don't thank me, thank Call of Duty. 98 in 1, AlienTwo and Kalvin
RiaJay21
Well, it makes me happy when customers seem genuinely happy and thankful when I help them. Small things, like showing them how to make photocopies or upload a CV to a website. If they're struggling to do it, lots of people seem appreciative of the help, so that always makes my day. It's also why I enjoy my job; 95% of it comes down to helping people. I'm not sure if it counts, since I'm getting paid to do it (even though I'd happily volunteer). Does it count if I sometimes work through my lunch hour and after I finish work doing the same?
gnad.1992
I'm tired of helping people in my town. People think you NEED and its your DUTY to help em. at least here in Brazil, where 95% of the population are a bunch of f*cking lazy turds. f*ck being good. universetwisters
I spend most of my spare time at my school in the bookroom, sorting and shelving and categorizing textbooks and the like. At least it keeps me from hanging out with people at school, many of whom are either swaggots, weavoos, rednecks, or just plain bummers. And the best part is that I COULD be getting volunteer hours for it, but I'm choosing not to. becauae I'm too lazy to log the hours each day
Lil ski
There's a college bar down here that really gets popping on Friday nights and they have very inexperienced bartenders who take forever to serve people and often ignore you even if you are talking right in front of you (there was this one chick bartender who wasn't currently serving anybody and was just washing glasses and I asked for a drink but she gave me bitch face and ignored me!) worst service ever! So one night, I was just drinking on water the rest of the night (Hey I gotta get the Mercedes back to base safely!) and I waited 30 mins for my f*cking refill and this dickhead bartender was taking orders from only ONE part of the bar and taking his sweet ass time with theirs too. So I saw this chick who was getting frustrated as hell and she was waiting for a WHOLE HOUR for a drink. So me being the cool guy that I am, I felt her pain. So when the bartender finally got to me, I told him to refill my water and also that the chick across the bar with the pink purse has been waiting an hour for service, serve whatever she wants and I'll pay for it. Not trying to hit on her or anything. I was just fed up with the sh*tty ass service and just simply helping people out. So I Gave the nigga 20 bucks, he served her and he told her I paid for her drinks and the chick was surprised and thanked me across the bar. Felt good that night man. Oh yeah and I ended up smashin' dat hoe at the end of the night 98 in 1 and Mr. Scratch
Johan
Apart from practically giving my weekly allowance to homeless people every time I'm outside?.. I've given someone my bus ticket once (there's a bus in New York that you have to pay on a machine outside which gives you a ticket, you need to present that ticket to the cops that show up every now and then in the bus, without it you'll most likely go to jail) to a mom and daughter who were in a hurry, most likely late to drop her daughter off at school. 018361
I used to do a lot more for people when I was a kid because it was just natural to me, then somewhere along the way I just stopped giving a care and became really grumpy. Granted, I am still really grumpy, but I am trying to help when given the opportunity. Like how the other day some guy had asked me for a few buck to buys some food so I gave him a $100 Dollar bill. He was caught by surprise and said " is this real " to which I replied " it should be ". It was one of those new $100 dollar bills that came out not too long ago too. I was gifted it from my grandparents on Christmas last year and I just wanted to do something good. He then quickly turned away and walked down the street. It almost looked as if he was about to get emotional but I couldn't tell as he turned away. Anyway I hope he had a good day. I don't know if this counts, but I had pitched in along with my sister to buy my mother a New-to-her but otherwise used car. We both gave a bit more than 3 grand from our funds. None of us have jobs either so It isn't something that we should allow to go to waste.

Punisher.
I volunteer at a place that gave blind and physically disabled people the opportunity to do gardening. I have never felt more rewarded in life for being able to make a big difference to people's lives, just by talking to them and helping them out. Edited April 5, 2014 by Punisher. OH NO
A neighbour of mine must have dropped a pretty expensive hilti drill in its case from his van. It was lying in the road when I walked past, I knocked at his house to return it as a good neighbour should. His girlfriend answered and I did end up chatting her up for a bit which slightly takes the edge off my good intentions, and if I end up drilling her... well there's obviously some sort of savage irony in there somewhere. Johan
Literally just deposited money a few hours ago after deciding to finally save up, now I just bought someone a pizza, she was starving since last night because her mom had to stay at work for an extra day and there wasn't any food anywhere around the house (I was there) Not my best deed honestly, but I feel very freaking great about it.
