My roomate is from LA and use to be heavily involved in gangs. Apparently there are alot of things that happened back in the day in LA within the hip hop scene that really resonated through the gang community. Events like DJ Quick knocking out Shug Knight at a studio, and even hits put on by gang members as ordered by major hip hop artists are things that only prominent gang members witness or hear about.Not completely my scene, but interesting to hear some of the things my roomie had to say. So when we found out that Fonteno was Franklins VA, he told me that he actually knew Fonteno personally. He talked about how Fonteno used to be a recording artist and was involved in ganglife.Then he tells me a story about Fonteno knocking out Ice Cube and jacking his jewelry. My roomate is a really honest guy, with me at least, so I just believed him. Well last week he told me that he found a video on youtube that talks about the event. At about 10:00 Fonteno talks about the event. If this story is true, which it appears to be, Fonteno and Franklin are really one in the same. It's too bad they didn't make the in game Franklin as gangster as his voice actor is in real life. I honestly couldn't see in game Franklin want to ever do something like that.
