Missing Music

I was just wondering, was anyone else disappointed by the soundtrack of GTA V because an artist they thought would be included turned out not to be? Personally, I was shocked that there wasn't a single People Under the Stairs song included. I really thought they'd be a perfect artist to have. What's a song or artist that you thought should have been included in the game? Keep in mind that this is a R* soundtrack, so it's partly popular stuff, but also plenty of lesser known artists.

I would love some good music, I know.. each to their own, but I want some classics, gimme some Queen, Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Prince, The Boss, Fleetwood Mac (I know Stevie Nicks is in there, good tune)

 

I would love some Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, Nina Simone, Joni Mitchell, Cat Stevens

 

Or some 90's anthems, some Basement Jaxx, Groove Armada, Prodigy, Chemical Brothers

 

Or some older indie-esque rock, Muse, Placebo, Nirvana, Rage, Ocean Colour Scene, Idlewild, Foo Fighters

 

I also can't understand why they don't approach some modern artists for permission.

 

Would love a DnB station for party tunes

 

And personally I would love Ben Folds, Counting Crows, and Divine Comedy.... but not really fitting the game

Wish they better hip hop songs. Only good songs from Radio Los Santos were A.D.H.D/Too Hood and Ali Bomaye which is why I stick to Non-Stop Pop all the time. "Best station Evar" and you know it

Meh, most of it was forgettable, if you've seen the cut out music list for this game you'd be even more disappointed.
