Can't run my GTA IV

Hi guys,

 

I am facing a problem in starting my gta iv. Here's the problem:

 

My game installs fully. Then when I try to start the game and login with social club and click play an error comes that your administrator doesn't allow to play the game. I have turned my parental controls off but it still shows the same error. My all software are up to date.

 

Can anybody tell me how to solve it???

Are you running the game as administrator? If your Windows user account is a non-admin account, then that might explain the problem.

Yes I am running it as administrator. So, what should I do ????
