65535 Error code? Never heard of it.

So, I downloaded an ENB for my GTA IV and set the files in, but when launching the game, it gave me this error:

 

 

I proceeded to unistall the exact files the ENB included, but it still gave me the error. I googled the error but no one seemed to have anything similar. My GTA is on steam, without EFLC, so I'd say its 1.0.7.0. Im running Windows 7, and IV on combability mode. The game worked without errors until now. I recently too unistalled a map mod, which used and an auto (un)installer, that might also broken my game. You guys have any ideas what could be the reason?

 

EDIT: Verified game files throught steam, still error. WTF?

Assuming your game is free of all mods now, try deleting all files from the Settings folder located at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings\
