Ok this prolly very old but im just wandering. Normally you got this black drug dealers ( only 1 i know but i dont pay attention to this stuff ). So i try fuk a lil around with gang zones ( make them weaker etc. ), So i tried multiple gang zones ( purple yellow ) and evrytime i drive thru that glitched/weakened area there only white drug dealers with white hoody ( or how u call that ) and theres rockstar on his hoody. I dont know if its coincidence or do the drug dealers change skin/ped when gang zones are weakened ? Seems like those dealers scared ( dont shoot when react negative ). So my qeustion is does this white drug dealers spawn always ( i just never noticed ) or does they only appear at weakened gang zone. Theres standing rockstar on his white hoody in black letters ( not rockstar logo or some ). I cant post pic but im sure people seen him before.

Ye its the middle guy, normally see left black guy.

Bout you stating i modded/changed game data, i only started gangwar then won round/wave 1 then quite by police vehicle etc. ( R3 missions ) so they are weaker + my groves spawn there too. I remember putting this at gameplay instead of cheats since this not really cheating ( u just stop gangwar after round 1 ). I really dont care which section or if its considerd a glitch but i was just suprised by these suddenly white hoody drug dealers ( didnt mod etc. just simple bug/glitch whatever you want it to be ). Why these guys only show up at weak gang turfs? only thing makes sense is that gang became weaker so drugdealers get weaker too ( white hoody arent as trigger happy as normal black dealer ). How to get the biker drug dealers? i never seen 1 as far as i remember.

I've only seen the Biker drug dealer twice in 100+ games.

Both times on the sidewalk by the turf tag on the Hospital.

Regarding the frequency of the gray hoody and tank top dealers have always been that way, I would believe because that is the way the programmers coded it.

So i try <> a lil around with gang zones (make them weaker etc.),
That is 'modding' or tricking, when you change the original game code. Edited by lil weasel

Your missing HMYDRUG (The mexican dealer with the haircap)

Rockstar has them randomly spawning in certain areas [Mostly in ones defined as poor] (Biker is supposed to spawn in LV, White guy in SF/LS, Black & Mex in LS/SF)

Ive had them all spawn in the same area at once (Was interesting... sadly they didnt deal to each other)

anyway your welcome ;)

There are three NPC drug dealers, who will converse about dealing and drop 2,000$ when killed.

Other NPC characters are 'Criminal' class for stats when killed, they are not 'Dealers' as such.

At lil weasel, i think we understood eachother wrong cuz if i would do gangwars in cop car and accidantely hit R3 i suddenly modded game ? But ill keep it on tricking like u later said ( since u not suppose to hit R3 while in gangwars ). Thanks for info both.

The area where Freddy stops to get confronted and killed by CJ and Loc is the only area I've seen the hooded dealer spawn. East Los Santos (the hooded dealer spawns there) has stronger gang wars than Verona Beach (where the chained necklace dealer spawns), so your theory about gang density influencing the spawned dealer is off. You are right about one thing: The hooded dealer's not as "trigger happy" as others, being that he often has a delayed reaction in shooting back at you.

I only see the biker dealer in glitched Ballas, Vagos, and Grove SF territories.

The chained necklace dealer spawns in default Grove, Vagos, and some Ballas LS Territories. Likewise, he spawns in glitched Grove, Vagos, and Ballas LV territories.

The Sunglasses dealer (unused) doesn't spawn anywhere naturally or through glitches, only alterations. He is most aggressive; he tends to shoot after a positive or negative response despite no physical provocation.

Aztecas, Rifas, etc territories anywhere don't brew any dealers.

Regarding responses (conversation) with drug dealers and shooting by them... i don't give them a chance to talk to CJ.

I either sneak up behind them and cut the throat. Or Blast them from behind with a head shot, then scoop up the money.

I dont wanna go off topic but since gangwars mentioned in here ill keep it here. Ok first of all i got all gangs in 1 zone ( prolly old but fun ) although i killed purple gang in yellow area the yellow gang came fight war ( so i guess its offical yellow area but grove + purple spawn too ). Ok this 2 things might be more usefull. If i start gangwars in certain area ( tested twice, glitched turf ) and when gangwars starts nothing spawns anymore ( no peds no vehicles only the gang members you gotta kill ) although ive seen i think 1 police helicopter so aircrafts still might spawn, enter + leave interior cause some cops to spawn but else theres nothing anywhere. Only downside is if you go to far away you will lose gangwar and evrything back to normal ( stuff spawns again ) this not normal right?. My second qeustion is, theres a timer on gangwars right? like you have to kill 3 enemie gang members fast to start gangwars. It seems theres no counter for me ( as long as i last killed 2 enemie gang members ) this aint normal neither right? So does some1 knows the timelimit before the 3 kills gets reset ?. Im 99% sure theres no timer for me but im not sure if only works at glitched area/enemy or on normal too or even kill 2 normal enemy then drive to glitched area and then only 1 kill needed for gangwars. So if some1 can tell me timelimit before kill reset i can test on all. If this still not tried yet im going try kill 2 enemie gang members ( purple ) then wait in that area to see a car with 2 or more purple gang members in it, then i hijack it and kill them far away since no kill reset it doesnt matter and see what happens. I hope this nothing spawn trick is further exploitable so you can free roam with no cops or vehicles on road when ever you want ( as long as there is gangwars ).

2) There is a time limit from the first kill to the third.

I've found if you kill them too fast it is as bad as taking too long.

Shooting the first and waiting a heart bead before killing the second seems to work, or even waiting for them to shoot back.

The Desert Eagle takes them down to quickly if restraint isn't used.

Using the Sniper-Rifle is good for killing foes that are out of zone, yet keeping the fight in the desired zone.

I tested my stuff i said and not really working out so i quite try glitch gang zones somehow.

Ok so there is some limit ( already thought that from older playthrough ), in my glitched zones there no limit, i kill 1 then wait 1 sec kill 2nd then enter car drive like 30secs then kill 3rd enemy gang member and i get you provoked a gang war. All i need is an asault rifle + smg to provoke and win gang wars since you can hit them before they can hit you like you can hit them from 50feet while they start shooting at you from 30feet ( this example this not official numbers ).

Killing any of them from a vehicle is not supposed to allow the war to start.

The game says specifically that the three kills must be done on 'foot'.

Ah lol, i ment i could hijack car and take a lil ride then get out and kill enemy gang member. I just said it to show i got no timer else that kill wouldnt count anymore. I never tried but ill believe u have to be on foot to start gangwars ( maybe only first or last enemy gang member need killed on foot?, other 2 not. but i never pay attention to that and i really dont care neither ).

All that matters is that CJ is on foot; you can shoot the rivals while they're driving (only headshots seem to kill them when they're driving) or blow their vehicle up with them in it. I prefer the M4 for gang wars because of the automatic lock-on range at long distances, rapid fire, and number of rounds; the sniper rifle because of the ability to provoke wars by killing out of zone adversaries and drive-by shooters; the molotovs (fire invincibility comes in handy) for several adversaries at close range.

Slightly off subject: Why don't the so-called "dealers" killed during Cleaning The Hood raise your respect or drop money? Those during Homecoming do.

I dont remember mission good but R* prolly did that else people gonna fail/restart mission 100 times and then they get respect + money very fast and that wouldnt be fun ( i dont care its singleplayer game ). This only logic answer for me. Its at begin game right so then i say, good job R*.
