Yes I'm a glitcher, why do you have a problem with it

I'm looking through all these forums and see a lot of negativity about how glitchers are ruining the game. How so, what I do doesn't affect you. Sorry that I don't want to spend 2 hours farming the same mission to get marginally better acceleration on a car. I spend money how I want too, and it has noooo affect on you.

To those people who say all the glitchers delayed heists, they were supposed to come out only a few weeks after GTA online'a launch, before all the glitches came out, but they were still delayed.

If you don't want to glitch for money it's one thing, but don't tell other people how to play the game.

Ill say the glitchers did mess up the leaderboards, i really don't care about your money but when it comes to glitches/mods that involve killing I do

I don't have a problem with it.

Because in the end, it's going to come back to bite you in the ass, not me.

And i'll still be here when you're not.

So if you're the type that doesn't want to work for things, and have all of the best stuff right now? Even if that means exploiting glitches and cheats? Enjoy yourself.

You do you, and i'll keep doing me.

One thing I really hate about modders/glitchers/hackers, the lot, is how each thinks they're kind glitchers that don't affect other players or think they help them by spawning cars for others or for showing that GTA has problems and showing them to be fixed. Trust me, most people think Iran, they think it's a bunch of terrorists so most people don't go, "well, some glitchers are nice people". Of course there's a poster boy for each type of player.

You got the legit player, usually a glass-wearing nerd that pisses himself asking a girl out.
You got the hacker who has spiked hair and listens to 90's techno and likes lava lamps in a dark room.
You got the troll which is a 12-year old with punch-able face.
You got the 30 year old loser that lives with his mom, usually over-weight and hasn't showered in 4 days.
You got the black guy that says the N word every 2 seconds.
You got the white guy that tries to be black that says the N word every 2 seconds.
You got the dad that tries to enjoy GTA but finds it crude.
You got Americans that talk about the army.
You got Canadians that are saying "Eh?" every second.
You got Brits that are AFK because they're drinking tea.
You got Australians that are sitting inside a kangaroo's pouch while playing.

Every thing has a "picture" to it. By most gamers, you're a c*nt. Glitchers are the annoying dicks who think they're above everyone else. Oh, you found how to get into game folders and see how it tinkers and works, great for you. If you're not searching for game files relating to new DLC or found cool glitches that don't affect us IN THE LEAST, chances are I don't care. Cool glitches that actually are fun to do are sweet.

So you might not follow the herd, props to you, but heists were delayed specifically due to glitchers. Sure, they showed R* that GTA V has a lot of flaws and it's R*'s fault in the end for having an unstable service, but glitchers took it further by time and time again finding game exploits. I'll give it to glitchers, they know how to find problems. Instead of reporting them to R* to fix, they just post a Youtube video about it and ask for views. Most glitchers are selfish bitches. In all my years of playing GTA IV, I met two nice hackers. One gave me a special helicopter and the other made me a ramp where I was jumping so I could land on it. The others have set me aflame, teleported me in the ocean and crushed me using a 200MPH ice cream truck. So yeah, your group is a dick. I wouldn't even want to associate myself with them if I knew how to glitch (and if I bothered).

But there's some friendly modders around these forums. They just don't openly say "glitchers are great, guys" because they know most GTA players are idiots who don't see the art of glitching, of finding something first, of doing it yourself even if it's easy or hard and say, "damn, that's pretty sweet". I've modded gamesaves before which is 101 modding but it's tons of fun when you get it right.

I've been gaming most of my life and know every game has a hacker. Every game. Lego:Batman? Hacked. Tetris? Hacked. Sure, glitch and hack are a bit different but they're in the same group. I know gaming will always have that side to it and I honestly don't mind. Sometimes it annoys me but humans are dicks by nature. Some were raised properly and enjoy gaming to have fun. Others love the whole "anon" thing in gaming and act out their evil deeds there. It's all good. I could care less what the hell people do in games. I play because I want to, not to judge others. So OP, do what you want, don't worry what others say. If you do isn't affecting others, what others say shouldn't affect you either.

Expect lots of sh*t coming your way, OP, just a heads up. ;)

Worryingly, this is the main reason I go afk and don't always use my mic. In fact, I'm drinking a cup of tea right now.

The only glitch I've used is the SP to MP glitch to get a car I wanted, not for monetary gain, not to piss off others, purely something I wanted that wasn't available online.

i've glitched to get the hotknife, and i've had someone glitch for me so i could get the buffalo MK2, simply because i wanted them both

hell, today i saw someone zipping around freeroam with a space docker

and then he came back in a jester, which made those creepy noises the space docker makes

dunno, most glitches are f*cking lame imo since they're just exploits for sh*tty deathmatch players, but the vehicle glitches i've seen so far are pretty cool

from what i've seen, it's usually the vehicle glitchers that are the least violent and obnoxious

Well i can understand what you're trying to say but there is a way your bank account affects people around u… you'll probably have full ammo on all your weapons – endless stickys and rockets. And you will never have to care about insurance fee for other players pvs.

I glitch myself a decent amount of money cause i can understand every point you stated above – but uhm… u have to be honest that glitching money affects other player around u more or less, passive or active – u can't deny this : /

Makes me want to create a "cup of tea appreciation" thread. Mmmm tea...

Indeed. The main problem is how this lot is so incredibly short sighted. They can't see beyond themselves at the current point in time (tunnel vision). Mix that with the fact they cannot fully assess any kind of situation and you have a recipe for disaster. I suppose we could throw in the aspect of them really only shortchanging themselves due to the "want it now" mentality without putting in any effort, for good measure.

The other problem is the lack of self restraint. It's always "a little more" and never having enough personal responsibility or accountability to limit how far one goes.

There's mostly harmless glitches (bringing in a MK 2 Buffalo) but in every "mostly harmless" situation, it's up to that person how far it goes. This precise example can go very wrong and sure enough can be damaging. There is always a repercussion or ripple effect of some kind no matter what. The vast majority can just never see it yet alone put a grasp on it. Who knew games could be so serious?

Do I have an ounce of faith in people's better judgment as a whole? Not a single damn drop. People will always look for the path of least resistance that yields the greatest reward. There's some decent folks out there though, so maybe things can be salvaged. Just maybe.

Maybe because getting killed in my garage is annoying...maybe because flying firetrucks are annoying...think beyond yourself and your selfish desire to have everything handled to you...

Glitchers can go do one.

Last night I was hiding out in a perfect bounty-on-me spot..

Suddenly a lvl 18 comes round the corner, survives two sticky bombs and several shotgun rounds up close.

Then one shot kills me with a pistol..

Really makes for a great game, eh?

In fact, there's quite a bit of this invulnerability sh-i-te going on right now...

A couple of days ago, I was sniping someone from afar then they go passive, yet they were walking around shooting their gun at someone else nearby...
