Victory Toast not occurring

On x360. So my team or myself wins whatever it is, and as frontman my character just stands there doing nothing, I have tried all of the different toast types and none of them work anymore.

I searched back 10 pages and no other topics with this issue. I also searched 'toast' specifically and got no useful results, for the record. Also nothing useful on Rockstar Support, just an unanswered question about the same thing.

 

Has anyone had this and resolved it?
