Where did Rooftop Rumble disappear to?

Ok, I'm sure this question is floating around on the forum somewhere, but I dont have time to search for it right now. i recently got to lvl100, finally, and now the mission is gone. then martin txt me the mission, played through solo like usual (love blowing sh*t up), but when i delivered the documents, it says I failed the mission, something to do with 'rival' (dont remember exactly, tired as hell when i played it). then after that it was back in the list, but didnt get to play it since i had to go to work, then i check it again later.. gone. can someone explain? thank you

I believe R* mentioned that you need to play and complete/pass it for it to appear again if you lost it in the first place/didn't automatically recover it. As for the "failing", yeah that still happens from time to time.

I don't see how it would come back to your list without completion to be honest, try to complete it & see. And the way you failed sometimes randomly happens

Mine came back without me doing anything when it first disappeared last week.

From what I heard, Rockstar took it away because people were grinding it too much.

Also, the mission will fail if you don't arrive at and activate the yellow mission marker outside of the parking garage before you pick up the documents.

If its on the list in your mobile, it wont appear in the pause menu.

Took me about 3 hours of requesting a job from Martin before finally getting a text for RR. Here comes the fun part. Completed the mission 5 times before it actually gave me credit for it. I don't know why it disappeared from the mission list but once it returned this has been a regular issue. My wife and I completed RR probably about 5 or 6 times yesterday and failed twice with the notification stating "Rival delivered the document". I have noticed that when pulling into Martins house, the briefcase containing the document will spawn momentarily right inside the gate and then disappear once you drive into the marker. Maybe try stopping on the street and running into the marker.
