True, and for the longest time, the Bati RR was at 155.2mph on my stats.

Glitches and bugs can cause you to go over the 1000 mph's.

 

Normally on land, a Batti RR doing a wheely can take you anywhere between 150 to 180+ MPH.

Too many police cars ramming my airport bus into a gate, next thing I know my bus took out the chopper and I'm flying super fast away from the crime scene. Point I'm trying to make is this game glitches 'A LOT', and in weird ways, so I'd take any stat on yours, mine, anyone, with a grain of salt.

There is no top speed limit. The only limit is your consoles ability to render the backgrounds. That will vary across the map.

Except that there is a limitation in place, for top speed in online compared to single player.

Other than glitches like gate launching, the way to break the top speed is to race with slipstream on and catchup off.

 

By successfully slingshotting with a coracer down a highway you can run your speed up pretty high. IIRC, I'm 169 in an Adder through doing this.
