hi all, one of my friends IRL just got GTAV a few weeks ago. He had already completed the first mission, and had created an online character, etc. So, when I was over at his house the other night we tried to start the game so I could show him a few things in GTAO.

However, the game seems to be stuck at the loading screen. You know, the one were they show various different characters in the game & display game tips. It jus says 'loading' forever. We aren't sure how this happened since he was able to install & play the game previously.

We did try to remove the game from the PS3 and delete the save game data, but that did not help. Any suggestions?

thanks in advance

...Had this happen to a friend of mine.

We tried everything. Eventually the only thing that helped was for him to connect directly to his modem and leave the crew that he was in.

I have the same issue. Just sign out of PSN before loading GTA V and sign back in once it's loaded. The game will lag heavily for a minute or so once singed in but it will go back to normal, trust me.

How is this possible if we can't get the game to load?

thanks

Was about to say the same thing, sign out via XMB before loading up the game, plus it loads much faster that way
