Friday 30th January @ 21hrs/9pm UK time

3v3 car football game with Rhapsody's, so 5 teams of 3 and i'll keep the score . So a maximum of 15 players, make sure if you put your name on the list that you are able to come. I will make up teams later this week. Each match will be 2x 3mins. If it happens that somebody of a certain team doesn't show up, then i will assign a reserve to that team.

Over the past week or so I've been getting random invites from people I don't know to join their sessions. I've asked them who they are, and they said they invited me because I'm in a "JDM crew".

 

I didn't realize crews could have different types, or that you could send join invites to players who were in a certain type of crew. I thought join invites could only be sent to friends or crew mates.

So is STR marked as a JDM-type crew? Do we have any other types, or can there be only one? I know what JDM means, but I don't know anything about crew types. I just really want the random invites to stop.

@jrebert I'm a hardcore Jdm guy n there r a few like me in strr. But as most of us from euro countries Jdm is not a focus n we like all types of vehicles as well bikes. If u r getting invites from randoms n don't want to join u can ignore n probably u won't get invites in future from them. If it's from a crew member then it might be a random session or crew hangout(unofficial). If u see invites sometime from us who u see in forums this could me maybe we r just doing random cruise or hangout. But if u don't want to join that that's fine( this what we do after 9pm uk time most of the time when sol or robo gets on). Events posted here r official n u have go by the rules of specific events( if mentioned any). Other than this u may ignore invites from other crews as we r STRR And don't support any other crews or any other meets other than of its members

I talked to Soloman and Roboman about recruitment.

I would like to change the recruit SC page to invite only.

This way I can keep things tidy.

Recruits will only be accepted into STRRecruitment once they have their PSN linked and profile visible to friends&crews.

If I keep the SC page open to join, it's an ungoing thing to kick recruits who don't have these 2 simple things fixed.

Just putting it out there so everybody knows.

If you see things differently, let me know please. (Ironicz/Eqaulo?)

It will most likely bring the number of recruits down a bit as well, which isn't a bad thing since we're not looking for big numbers.

Hello STRR. Hope everybody is having a great Tuesday. So a lot of things happened in 1986, Mike Tyson became the youngest Heavyweight champion in history, The Swedish priminister was murdered, A survey was carried out on Loch Ness hoping to find proof that Nessi exists (No proof found lol) Argentina won the 86 world cup in Mexico. But in the world of GTA Tommy Vercetti landed in Vice City (I know the game was released in 2002-03) Which brought us some of the best music from the 1980's which everybody could sing along to, I remember my brother getting this game when i was younger and I just used to cruise around listening to the radio, So many great childhood memories with this games music. So here are 2 epic songs! Im sure some of you will listen and sing along haha, Enjoy!
