Ayo STRR, hope your all good,

 

few things:

 

- when I do my promotions/demotions I look at who has been attending meets regularly, if a member joins the crew, they become muscle, if they show in a couple of weeks they are attending nearly every night they are promoted almost instantly to Representative, if that member is seen as not being around they are put back to muscle, representatives are promoted to luitenant when they become long standing members, they are eligible to be commissioners if they show host skills or anything els that contributes, I thought chansen had learnt from his mistakes/behaviour in the past week, not so many complaints, so to make him feel welcome I promoted him, as he is around a lot, yet I came on here and he was back at it causing disrupt, so he is now back at muscle level, as others have said, he is on a slope to being kicked, but im not Hitler, he has a chance

 

- I just want to say Welcome to the new members, I hope you all prove to be good members

 

- p.s. I also knew that the new car was a masseratti! haha

 

- and lastly, welcome back to Sol, yeaaaasss! we are saved! haha

I just noticed you are a bit young and may not understand how this works and maybe I was a bit harsh with my last comment. You have taken the right first step and joined our recruitment crew. All you have to do is have that crew set to active and wait for a commissioner to announce what time the recruitment meet is being held...they will send invites from the crew list. If you behave and can follow instructions you will be invited to the main crew and can attend any of the official meets.

Thanks everyone for turning up today, was pretty fun but some people had connection issues which led to only 5 out of 9 players. Got two new great members, Convergence made a pretty good driver and had a blast racing him after!

The marksman rifle is a shortcut way to lower ur ride, faster than ap pistol. And for those who didn't know the warrener is an awesome drift car after lowering with bullets.

 

@Robo I appreciate ur planning on promotions but tbh representatives r really the ones who care and represent the crew, and I found 1 or 2 ppl in representative with other crew names as active. And I think the process should b slow as I'm with u guys since jmsr(tho with diffrnt a/c) and now got promoted for the first time... Guys like m-powered should be promoted as seems to b highly active to the crew. Just a piece of advice

Morning STRR. Good meets last night by Sol & M-Powered i was so tired i could barly keep my eyes open. Had a nice 11 hr sleep topday though so should be on for a few hours today.

Not sure if I'm the best drifter, in fact I think I kinda failed trying to drift in the 99 laps race lol.

Also, I'm kinda having trouble understanding what u guys are saying when ur talking on the mic, do I need to change setting perhaps to hear u better?

@ I found 1 or 2 ppl in representative with other crew names as active. i could have been one of those people, and i can only speak for myself, but i switch between this crew and my own for when i play with my friends since a few of them are not that interested in joining a car club/crew. i was not aware of that being an issue, i still enjoy and try to attend as many meets/events as i can....

I also have a hard time with certain voices. I think it is partially my cheap headset but also some folks are way louder than others maybe some of us need to turn our mice down... just a thought.

Chansen I don't like your fuking attitude, I'm ready wen I'm ready and to be fukin honest UR pissing me and a lot of other members off at the minute with UR poor attitude n UR LACK of driving skills and abilities to follow simple instructions...so u have 2 choices

 

Either pull ya socks up and lose ya attitude on here
