Hey guys, does anyone know what mods you can buy for a cheetah in LSC? I know there are better Supers but I really like the look of it and I'm good enough that I can win in any car haha

Ballistic Jello

Just two (three?) ugly wings and typical performance mods, sadly. When you go up against better racers in the top tier cars you will be wishing for something else.

i got a cheetah to i do fine in it alot of the people i seem to race against cant drive, i think it only has 3 spoilers if i remember, kinda sucks this is the reason i dont buy any super cars anymore lack of mods.

i have the first spoiler on mine

You probably wont take any of the spoilers because they all create an ugly double spoiler.

I love mine, but it only wins against poor racers, or on tight courses in my experience.

It works well for me though as my driving style suits it, much like the carbonizarre

GTA-Freak-Vi

Only mod that I like is the capability of having a spoiler on top of a spoiler. Also a great substitute for a ramp btw if you lower the suspension :colgate:

Best handling super car I've found. Acceleration and top speed are lacklustre.

That's kind of a shame, is it true that if you buy the suspension that you can use it as a mobile ramp? Sounds like that might secure the purchase if it is.

TBH either I'm amazing at racing or everyone I've played it terrible and won't brake at all, they just bounce off of every wall haha.

Edit: looks like Gta-freak-VI answered my question about the ramp.

The Cheetah is pretty bad. If you win against other players in races, kudos to you...not really...they might've sucked. I've won only a few races with the Cheetah back when I was trying out different cars and most of them were just pure luck. Other times were people literally beating each other's cars up.

The only reason to have the Cheetah (besides liking the looks - for certain people) is because it can act as a ramp for those whose love stunt jumps. I believe the Turismo can also act like a ramp since it's suspension is low. It's so low that you actually pay $100 when you bring it to LSC because the front bumpers ends up scraping the ramp when going into LSC.

The mods are also limited. Plus the spoilers look ugly on it because it adds a second one.

Yep, they're right. Look, basically you can win curvier races with it if you pull a flawless race, anticipate tight turns and brake accordingly.

However anything more wide open, or against equally talented drivers, or racing with catch-up on (not recommended,)

you're screwed. Honestly doing it again I might buy a Turismo this time as a starter. Pretty good racer for the price. My second character has a Bullet and Infernus, they can't hang. The Cheetah always felt the same. The price belies the performance.

I won 2nd place of a drifting/sharp turning race with an unmodded - rental Cheeta against other 8 players with fully tuned Adders, Entity and Cheetah.

Q&A:

1. Why I could win 2nd place?

Because they thought fully pressing accelerator = win

2. Why 2nd place instead of 1st?

Because the dicks in my crew didn't want me to win and they ordered one guy to bump me off to a pole.

Sounds like you've got some good crew mates there...

I've won a few races with a rental cheetah, doesn't seem that bad compared to the other supers. Like I said before though I don't think I've actually raced against someone who was actually that good, except for one guy but it was on his created races so he knew them inside out. How much better is the turismo because I might consider that instead, only issue is that everyone else seems to have one at the moment,
