bounty trolling

Just find someone at a store, put a sticky in his car and a bounty on him, then wait.

You can do this also at lsc but instead pick a random car and park it at the exit alley with a sticky.

Bounty hunting never was so easy.

lol. this seems so easy and so hilarious for something that i would have never thought of. shame that you usually dont see people abandoning their cars and not spotting you close-by.

Nope - don't understand.

I think the op means find someone busy doing shopping then look outside for their personal vehicle and out a sticky in it and wait until the shopper returns before blowing the vehicle. Seems like a lot of effort to me.

OP is saying you sticky someones car and then put a bounty on them. When they inevitably come out to escape you blow them up. No insurance fees.

Unless the person doesn't care if they have a bounty on them i don't think they are going to stop and go shopping because they know someone will come and kill them.

That's right.

And for those who hide into his apartment with a bounty I call Lester and went out of the radar, most of them go out if they feel safe... lol

Whenever I go shopping in a non-invite free roam lobby, which is very rare, I keep an eye on the dots.

A lot of effort to lose $1000. But I guess the ability to ruin someone's fun shopping, when they were doing nothing to provoke the troll, is certainly worth it. Trolling and griefing are really the only thing that GTA0 is designed for, so the trolls and griefers abound, without end. The state of the art in online video gaming - "bold new direction" indeed. :bored:

So if I read this right:

>Find unsuspecting victim

>Put a sticky bomb on his or her car

>Put a $9000 bounty on them

>Wait for them to get back into their car

>Blow them up and collect $9000 that you just paid for the bounty

>Therefore, gain nothing and lose time in your life

Seems legit.

Hiding in there apartment doesn't work anymore because the clock stops as soon as they go in because so many people were hiding out in there apartments when they had bounties on them so R* fixed it back around patch 1.4 or something

Why bother with the bounty? if you put the sticky on their car you just need to wait

I actually prefer putting a sticky on a stolen NPC car and driving it into another player.

Then detonating.

I don't mind paying the insurance

With that point of view better turn of your console, ist a waste of time.

It's not a question of money, its about doing things that requires more than aim and shot.

You can enter the store shooting and kill the guy, but that's not the point, everybody can do that.

Yes, why do hate your money so much? Did money touch you in a no - no place? Did a roll of 20s kill your Mother and rape your father? It's safe here, you can tell us.

But what's the point of putting a bounty on them and then killing them with a bomb when they're going to be killed when they have a bounty put on them anyways?

K/D ratio, it's important to some people.

Probably all they have to boast about in their lives.

I'm getting so fed up with the mean spirited and spiteful people playing this game.

Ya everybody can do that, so why go through all the sticky bomb / bounty BS? crash the door, shotgun them and be done with it.

Is throwing a sticky more challenging than just shooting someone?

I actually kinda done this but way more legit.

When someone start follow my car and shooting me out of nowhere. If I am the one to come out alive from that fight before driving away I throw a sticky at their car. Then put bounty and wait til they get back in their car. Kaboom! Make them pay insurance.

get a tank

find someone who's shopping

drive with the tank over his car's front wheels so they fall off

wait till he gets out (hide somewhere)

start chasing him and watch how desperately he tries to dive off with his wrecked cars

Many people go into passive mode while shopping making your purposed tactic impossible. There is also concern that because Rockstar has taken measures to prevent you from pulling out your gun in clothing stores, tattoo parlors, and barbershops they may at some future date punish players who circumvent them the future.

And actually sticky bombing the outside IS more challenging then bursting in the door while they're helpless and blasting them. It takes absolutely zero and effort skill to kill someone while they're shopping. The only way it can fail is if they see you coming and either exit the store to shoot you or enter passive mode. But that ruin the sticky bomb method too as they may decide to pick a different vehicle.

Or you could snipe them through the window... 1 or 2 bullets compared to a $10,000 or so bounty and a sticky bomb which is $600

it's about the fun.

sometimes I put 5 stickies on people's cars and wait for them to enter it. It's definitely worth the insurance + 2500 for the bombs. I want them to watch their own deaths in multiple explosions.

While being chased I enjoy throwing sticky bombs ahead of me(usually at an intersection) then timing it just right so they go off when they pass over it.

I'm pretty sure those windows (not the doors) are bullet proof. I can recall sprays of bullets bouncing off as someone tried to kill me while I was in the store.

They're definitely not bulletproof, I've snipped through them a few times. Even if you want to use a sticky bomb there's no use putiing five on that's unnecessary overkill.

it's no exactly bounty hunting if you're the one who set the bounty.
