So I was in freemode in an open lobby right in front of Eclipse Towers, as per usual a war was going on right in front, and I see that my friend was inside so went to his door buzzer in passive so he could let me in.

As I was buzzing the door multiple explosions happened and my console started to lag and I couldn't exit the buzzing door view. I went to the gamestore and backed out and this happened.

I was able to play as Michael online, every time I tried to get into a pv it would disappear and I would get a message saying it was destroyed. I tried his special ability and it semi work; everything around me would slowdown but but the sound effects did not play nor did the color of the screen change. His taser would only make other players get stiff and fall over then my console would start to lag.

I know that SP characters are not supposed to be in MP. All I want to know is how buzzing at someones door in passive mode caused all of this?

It's your own fault for the lag not the people who set off the explosions

Because the SP isn't suppose to be in MP and the server is having trouble recognizing it pretty much

But I didn't have any lag problems before that. I approached and buzzed the door as my MP character and left the door as a SP character.

He didn't say anything about fault.

Did you even look at what he asked? He's not asking why there is lag, he's asking why buzzing a door Mighty Morphs him into Michael.

The lag probably tried to kick you into single player, but was unsuccessful because the lag wasn't due to internet connection like it normally is.

When you backed out and interrupted it, it was halfway, or part of the system was in single player.

Its like The Ring. You need to pass this method on to someone else before you get a phone call saying "seven days" and and up like this......................................
