No it won't they fixed it so the bounty can not pay out more then 9k

It would seem all they can do is change the value on their end (similar to how Android users can very easily make changes to mobile MMOs in terms of say cash/gold values), but it shouldn't register server side. They at least seemed to fix this issue and I haven't heard any case of anyone making a legitimate work around. Which is positive, I'd hope people wouldn't be THAT serious to ruin gameplay.
