Finally reached 100%

After 2 weeks of trying to get everything for my 100% I finally did it. I was able to finally be under par in golf and win a tennis game. Those were the hardest things for me. Now all that is left for me is 2 security vans that I cannot seem to find, bigfoot, and the epsilon(?) missions. I feel a sense of accomplishment, if only because my daughter deleted my save files a month ago when I was at 96%.

I haven't been able to get the game to cooperate , for me to even get 100%. glitches like owned businesses not calling for help, etc. pita.

you might be surprised, some of them are easier than they look! especially if you've already been through the flight school tutes. also, there is some leeway because you can choose the 8 you're best at. (out of about 15 i think) =)

It's not hard. Use the stuntplane, and (I'm assuming you forgot this since you think it's hard), use the left analog stick up/down to go right/left (Since you've turned 90 degrees), and use the L1/R1 button (on PS3) to go down/up. It'll only take minutes to master with the stuntplane, because it's one of those planes that can actually successfully fly in all 4 directions when in knife flight mode. Pick 8 of your favourites, I think I only crashed once.

ALSO: you can quick save while in the plane before going between the buildings.

I'll give that quick save a go. Tried these knife flights few times. But forgot to save near the airport

 

On another note, I found the whole Bradly guide online, it shows you everything you need to know to complete the 100% task.

I still need these knife flights. Saved the worst for last

I thought the knife flights were going to be really hard, but as was said previously, they aren't that hard with the stunt plane. I crashed a few times but it is easy to get the hang of. I did a lot of practice just flying and doing knife maneuvers with nothing around me.

These are not that bad, just take the right plane (the slower, the better although it can be done even with Lazer) and save after every completed knife flight. Also don't forget that you need just 8 of them (all of them for achievement).
